Hosted solutions?

I know I technically/probably shouldn't be asking this in a Github issue, but maybe it's not so terrible an idea:

Are there any hosted Postgres solutions that would let me add this extension and give me access to replication slots / WAL? I know Heroku won't let you do this (though I wouldn't be surprised if they were working on an integration b/w their productized PG + Kafka).
