This will affect the consumer group id and match ACLs in the current kafka-devops project
Current kafka-devops project forwards 80 for orders-service to 18894 so this sets the default to that

These defaults match the current settings for the legacy orders-service in kafka-devops. Choose this route instead of updating configurations as the app is used by kafka-devops exclusively now.
