Button groups should stay active when clicked

Right now there is no javascript to power the button groups. Maybe we just you bootstrap's js? We're not adding anything new here after all in terms of the interaction...

I think photon should stay in it's current manner since this approach (leaving functionality to developer) is more usable in different architectures and libraries (react, angular etc...).

If you can use / include bootstraps' js, then at least the interaction is covered (and outlines the process of interactions for someone to implement in react / angular / vanilla / horse.js etc etc)
