Get GGML binary format

I trained a model with huggingface and can't export (pytorch_model.bin or model.safetensors or consolidated.00.pth) to GGML binary format. Please help. How can I do that? I tried llama convert.py but it doesn't work. I also wanted to ask if there are alternative training tools for example with Whisper.cpp
