Drive to transit results for short trips

Drive to transit results will be displayed for short trips where they really wouldn't be considered. We could cut off via miles traveled or minutes at some point and not allow drive-to-transit results as an option. But that's not necessarily objective. Either way, it's clear that this route should not show drive-to-transit results:
