Race conditions in deployment #2971

As noted by @MackieLoeffel, we very likely have CI race conditions if merges to master are performed in close succession. That is, the deployment to GitHub pages will not reflect changes to the latter package.

The two likely racing jobs:

Ah annoying. Maybe we could use concurrency groups ?
