Describe the bug
Each run should return one unique ID and should be checked before API returns simulation data.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create two data folder with same ids for simulations
API returns the output even though there are duplicate IDs

Expected behavior
One Simulation run with one ID.
