User management advance filters are malfunctioning

Describe the bug

When we remove the applied phone number filters using the cross button inside the advance filter and click apply. The page is getting filtered as phone number : undefined

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to user management page
2. Click on advance filter
3. click on phone number and type in random number and apply the filter
4. again open the advance filter, use the cross button in the advance filter and remove the number and click apply filter
5. see the error : badge show phone number : undefined

Expected behavior

the phone number filter should be removed if there is no phone number
