Describe the bug

Even though the Pincode auto-fill is prefilling the district detail, the local bodies are not been coming out of the droplist, unless, we open the district droplist and click on the district again

To Reproduce

https://care.coronasafe.in/facility/bd466cf6-0fde-46b1-9591-0acf9d955dd1/patient

Expected behavior

after the autofill of the district, when we click on the local body or any other field, the related droplist should be showing up.
