The next button in the pagination of the facility location management page is not working

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://care.coronasafe.in/facility/98375114-038b-4c95-a580-86d9ad09d06a/location
2. Scroll down to bottom of the page
3. try clicking the next button
4. See error

Expected behavior

the next button should be working properly
