Describe the bug
There are 2 loaders visible for the file uploads

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to http://localhost:4000/sample/b7ae1e2f-dedd-4c5f-9859-06308e6ecabc
2. Scroll down to View Sample Report
3. See error

Expected behavior
Only 1 loader should be displayed
