Describe the bug

In the patient files upload section, the permission error is been thrown, as it is trying to fetch the discharge summary

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://care.coronasafe.in/facility/1193b6cb-0b31-47b8-8c5f-a5c819114359/patient/61444d60-0aaf-4aa7-9463-b7a518969f9a/files/
  2. See error

Expected behavior

  • The error shouldn't be thrown in the patient files upload section
  • the discharge file should not be fetched in the patient file upload section, as it is only shown in the patient consultation file section
