Add Skill shows so many loaders and no success Notification

Describe the bug
When the user links a new skill to a user, it shows 2 loaders. Only 1 loader is enough.
Also, there is no success message when a skill is added successfully

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://care.coronasafe.in/users
2. Click on Linked Skills of any user
3. Add a new skill
4. See error
