Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

If we want to share a common order for a entire hospital under care, we currently don't support broadcasting notice to multiple facility at a time

Describe the solution you'd like

  • add support for mass notice board to facility
  • add support to attach file or any order copy related to notice
