BP chart is showing -1 value in the patient consultation page

Describe the bug

the BP field is showing a -1 value in the chart of patient consultation page

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to patient and create normal log update with no BP values
2. go to BP chart and see the error

Expected behavior

• the BP field chart shouldn't be showing -1 in the chart and while coping previous value in both Critical and normal log update
• run migration for -1 value to null object in the value of BP (waiting for gigin Confirmation)
• the bp field should be a empty object
