feat(raffles): improve ticket entry form

[itinerare]

• changes ticket entry to be a clone form w/ user selection / alias entry / ticket quantity entry fields (so it can add appropriate number of tickets, including multiple if desired, for each user)
• also adjusts so that off-site users are referred to more generically. this is changed from assuming these are all dA aliases

No further actions needed; tested locally.
