Description

Add envPrefix parameter to server's cmd.Execute method allowing chains to set custom envPrefix.

Some applications make use of a custom the environment variable prefix. For example, in regen ledger we use REGEN as an environment variable prefix. We had to copy this method within our application just to set the environment variable prefix.
