菜单文字为英文，是因为locales\zh-CN.pak里的内容是英文，需要
查找如何修改这个文件
菜单内容不全原因尚未找到

需要到https://code.google.com/p/cefbrowser/downloads/detail?name=cef_binary_3
.1364.1094_windows.zip这里下载，或者下载最新的Cef的库
我没提交到版本库里。
