Edit settings for device

When I have configured a device I want to be able to change the settings so in settings ->device I would expect to have an "edit" button next to the existing device selector (and the "remove" button) and an "add" button somewhere else.
My system is kind of "variable" as the ttyACM assignments. I use them alot. So right now I'm running into the problem that each time I unplug replug the device, I end up having to create a new config, differing only in the tty assignment.
