[Bug] Music now playing blocks notifications with custom positioning

When music is playing, the control panel blocks notifications when they are in a custom position. For example, I keep mine positioned higher up on the screen. The controls then overlap and cover the option to view notifications

@swang530 whoops, I'll either add more options to position the notifications while music is playing, or have them use the stock position when music is playing. I must've overlooked that aspect of the positioning options. Thanks!
