Currently, if the credential handler URL specified in manifest.json changes -- a new entry is added to the user's list of credential handlers but the old entry is not removed. This should be changed so the old entry is removed after adding the new one -- or simply replaced / updated with the new one, whichever is easiest to implement.

This may be fixed now but needs testing to confirm.
