Complete CI coverage for all DB tables

Every DB table defined in Flatbuffers schemata should have test coverage like in https://github.com/crossbario/cfxdb/blob/master/cfxdb/tests/test_xbr.py, with at least 2 test functions per table:

• test_<table>_roundtrip
• test_<table>_roundtrip_perf
