Sometimes a user may provide the follow

APPSEC_URL=http://127.0.0.1:7422/   # URL of the AppSec Component

However, internally within lua we do not strip comments so within the config map so the value will include the comment. Can we just parse the line until a # then just ignore the rest 🤷🏻
