Upload to OneDrive (for Business) stuck with status "waiting"

Cant upload files into vault on Onedrive (for Business)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Share file into vault that is located on OneDrive (for Business). Like a photo.
2. Goto files app and see status of upload (waiting)
3. wait forever

Expected Behavior

Status is chaneg after a couple of minutes and file is uploaded

Actual Behavior

File is not uploaded, status is stuck at "waiting"

Does this apply to files of any size? We are currently still having problems with uploading larger files, as most cloud providers do not do this as a single large upload, but in smaller chunks. Unfortunately, the File Provider Extension, when in the background, is not correctly notified about the completion of a single chunk upload, so that the upload of the next chunk can take place. - see #3.

For OneDrive, the chunk size is at 5 MiB (which is approximately 5.24MB). It would therefore be interesting to know if this also happens for files below this limit, for example a small text file with a few KB.

Tested it again with a 2 KB text file and a 1.1 MB photo. Same behavior for both files.

I can reproduce the issue and it seems to be OneDrive-specific. We will look into it. Thank you for reporting!
