Menus don't appearing in Safari browser (iPhone 5) #19

I can't change configurations because menu don't shows sub menus in mobile. Take a look:

Actually I have the same bug on my ipad 2, but I do not have a macbook to debug safari browser.

I'm having the exact same bug on my iPad 2 as well, both Safari and Chrome.
