Settings for specifying where to place the T4TS.d.ts file

As the subject says, an option in the settings file to specify where the T4TS.d.ts file is placed. I like to keep the root clean. I'm not sure its possible since most T4 is always placed in the root folder.

I guess I could also just move the T4TS.tt file.

Hi! Yes this seems to be how the t4 templates work (T4MVC works similarly). I usually move the .tt-file to ~/scripts/lib/ where I keep other .d.ts-files (for jquery, knockout etc). The template will work just as fine in any folder.

I guess it's a fine solution, must have been really tired where I wrote this :-)
