port this workflow into our repo:
https://github.com/csu-devsquad-latam/trunkbased-mlops/blob/main/.github/workflows/model-ci.yaml

Including any custom actions, etc.

If secrets need to be added or any other special configuration, please document in new markdown file in docs directory.
