Need to define exactly the line - see #17 and ctengel/LPM-Index#5

But some flows

described LPM-Index=>linkmeddle=>objectindex=>LPM-Index - so need a way for objectindex or linkmeddle to notify LPM-Index of new file... if media id is passed all the way through this is possible
there could be non-linkmeddle manual discovery flows, so perhaps a CLI which can add a file to OI and mark as a media or a person
define some autoflows for facelookup etc
