Wrong File-Icon for .pt #53

Files with Type of .pt (python-template) do currently have the RSS-Icon assigned. I guess in the most cases tal is used as the language, so if there is an icon for that, I'd suggest to use that - otherwise html.

thats because as i stated b4 ,unless u specified a setting for a file ext/syntax ,ST will give it the icon it sees fit ,any PR are welcome.

Edit:
i add it to the python syntax which will now also have the icon of python ,if u need a better support send me a link to the tmlanguage that this file use.
