Remote HTTP 404: Not Found error occurs when I try to open notebooks.
I was wondering if you could help me with this problem.

It seems like an issue of nbviewer. There are similar issues repeatedly.
jupyter/nbviewer#916
jupyter/nbviewer#938

For now, please open notebooks directly, they are all under PRML/notebooks.
