All the uls sites share a set of wordpress plugins that are maintained in the upstream. This means security updates and regular enhancements compatible with the current WordPress version are included in the upstream (eventually).

Some sites add extra plugins, either by modifying composer.json or by simply adding the plugin files to the web/wp-content/plugins directory. These extra plugins should be maintained by the site owners, not the upstream team.

This issue is to make a list of these extra plugins, and inform the site owners of their maintenance responsibility.
