Culturefeed UiTPAS Page Registration confirmation

This page is shown when a user has registered his or her UiTPAS. This is normally done via the registration block or the registration page.
The page will show an introductory text and a form that allows the user to show or hide his or her actions on the public site.
The registration confirmation page can be modified with the following settings (admin/config/culturefeed/uitpas):
- Page title: the title of the page
- Intro text: an introductory text
- Actions label: the text to be shown next to the actions checkbox, e.g. "Make my UiTPAS actions available for others"
