Allow card to display in lovelace cast

We'd be willing to accept a pr for this, I don't cast this currently.

Hi there, Wow, completely forgot I asked for this. My home assistant broke a while back and I lost my setup. And I haven't setup a new one since. I will have to get back to you on that. But I do remember it wouldn't display anything, or it would display the "no internet connection" icon. If memory serves me correctly. Regards Warren Simpson
