Tool workflow

Hi,
Can we know the difference between roles:
admin, worker, business and user.

and also

After making the tool up in local machine, we wanted to know what is the flow from admin, how:

1. The tasks and jobs are assigned to workers, business or users.
2. after finishing the annotation, what the worker or business or user has to be done.
3. More information on Stages and status.
4. Exporting task dataset.

Also about in progress, rejected, completed.

It would be great, if we get a tool annotation workflow.
