Wander user story nee "Walk"

In a nutshell:
Cursor has the "wander" functionality turned on, and as it moves from mode to mode each node clicked on, and only that node, activates. The spirit of Wandering is an endless exploration with no concern for where one has come from.

Implementation steps

  • add new verb Walk
  • implement Walk to work like a Replacing Activate ie the nodes in the set being Walked to become the only Activated nodes, specifically:
  • activate the nodes in the set being Walked to (note that the default set verbs apply to is the Selected Set)
  • deactivate the nodes which were previously Activated but are not in the set being Walked to
  • make it work even when a Set is engaged (ie from the Set Picker or just the Selected Set)
  • releasing it working with Sets is blocked by Verb Set commands oscillate mesmerizingly #185
  • bug: Why does Walk not work on everything on the shelf?
