[要望] シャッフル設定の部分適用機能 #1065

改善詳細 / Details of Improvement

シャッフル設定について、
「OFF」「Mirror」「Random」「S-Random」のみ有効となるオプションが欲しい。
シャッフルグループ内では問題ないが、グループを越えてしまうと
作品として破綻するようなケースに対応したい。

期待する見せ方・挙動 / Expected Behavior

譜面ヘッダーにて設定する仕様にする。
作品固有の設定のため、danoni_setting.js 側で設定するオプション外にする。
