Move Hive element before Key in Win Registry Key Object

In Windows Registry keys, the hive is the very first portion of the key. Thus, for consistency, we should move the Hive element in the Windows Registry Key Object to come before the Key element.

I believe that changing the element order will invalidate existing content and this change should be a backwards compatibility breaking change.
