Update the Cheat Sheet

The Cheat Sheet in Section 8 has to be updated with the new terms and 
descriptions, and with updated links to the relevant sections.

This is blocked on Issue 43 and Issue 75 because those imply changes to the 
vocabulary, and on Issue 82 because that's where the canonical 
labels/descriptions will be defined.

Done in r173. Leaving open until recent vocabulary changes are reviewed and 
confirmed by all editors.
