Docker image and app specification to Download SRA from NCBI using Aspera.
This will not be an application due to security issues for having SSH port open. SRA import will be handled in a different way. Neverthless the Docker image is functional and can be used on any local computer, the wrapper will give an idea on how to process a file with a list of accessions
