将canDrag设置为YES的时候可以指定某个Item不可以拖动么

可以加代理来控制，但是有个问题，你拖动了别的可移动的cell，在交换的时候会重新排序，导致不可移动的cell也移动了，不知道您有什么好的解决方案？
