marshal/unmarshal tree to io.Reader/io.Writer

If i want to store btree in file and load/save it, how can i do that?

Save

• Tree.SeekFirst
• Enumerator.Next write resulting k, v []byte to file
• repeat until the enumerator returns io.EOF

Load

• TreeNew
• load k, v []byte from file and use https://godoc.org/github.com/cznic/b#Tree.Set
• repeat until all intended data from file are loaded
