The library name isn't great, it was fine for a while, but we need something better now. So, add ideas here...

I still have no ideas worth saying, but I'm going to mention the "Internet of things" or IoT, which might trigger to some.

What do you have in mind? a cool product name (appealing) or a project name (acronym-like)?

The difference is having something like "pyiot" or "Internet of Home" kind of names.

A short project name initially. I don't care much about marketing it :)

I like pyiot / piot / pie-ot / iotty where then there will be pyiot-dashboard pytiot-api pyiot-db, etc

but this is needs to meet your view. I enjoy the mention of the internet of things (the use of rfxcom is just a part of it), it's pretty easy for me :p

I like the IOT idea, but somebody seems to be using it.

yes, pyiot seems to be a completely useless and unmaintained project which occupies a namespace. 👎

Hapy or Happy, if you can justify one more 'p', is good :)
