Due to the 32 bit nature of Mosaic compile for windows (waiting for OF to go full 64bit on windows), this error can appear sometimes.

The best way to solve this problem is to install/re-install MIcrosoft .NET Framework 3.5, the Visual C++ and DirectX, navigating the Microsoft download website and installing it manually.
