[BUG] Immersive Weathering causes primordial fire to be created on soul sand blocks

Describe the bug
When both mods are installed, any fire on soul sand is replaced by primordial fire

To Reproduce
Use flint & steel on a soul sand block or any other method of creating fire

Expected behavior
Soul fire should be created when starting a fire on a soul sand block

1.20.1

Mod version
1.7.8 and Immersive Weathering 2.0.1

Immersive Weathering seems to replace minecraft soul fire with their own version of it, which may be related with the bug
