Handle email replies nicer

Thoughtbot kindly released https://github.com/thoughtbot/email_reply_parser as an extraction from an AGPL-licensed project so we could use it. We should do that. It'll make email replies sweet. Thanks @paulcsmith!

Looks pretty simple, this is what I see as the biggest difference between me and people who do this for real (I can make things work and deliver results, not this elegant though). I'm guessing there is a line of "reply above this line" or something? Else what happens if people do inline replies? Probably a future feature then? + handle online replies + handle quotes (copy from email to reply) 2c
