Save credentials locally

Users should be able to tick a box that asks them if they want the credentials for gUSE to be saved next time they open Raccoon2 on this computer. They could be saved in a xml/json file and the code should check if this file exists and fill in the fields automatically. There should be a forget credentials button too - this would remove the file so that the credentials are no longer saved.
