The Outgoing types could be:

Recuring or one off

Fixed or variable amount

Happen on a specific day - an outgoings day.

An Outgoing stream may also be composed of multiple types: a sales person might receive a base salary + commission.

Expense streams should also be able to be prioritised. A company may say that paying the rent happens before paying anything else. That way the lowest priority may or may not have the funds to be paid out.

Outgoing streams may be setup to come out of multiple budgets
