it's say fail in most of the number and only ok in one , my guess is that the ram it's bad as is suspected

Ok I let it run for awhile and now not even the pattern 1111 runs ok
After some time 1111 started to run on again hahaha I'm lost

I think the memory is dead. the 1111 is a false positive.
