My alternative approach to deploy LibreChat using Docker

I'm excited to share my unique approach to deploying LibreChat, which you can find at my GitHub repository at https://github.com/CXwudi/librechat-docker-deployment.

This deployment leverages the prebuilt image, with all Docker-related files written from scratch. While the official documentation provides comprehensive instructions, I believe my method could offer a fresh perspective and potentially inspire those who encounter issues with their own deployments.

I rethought about the contribution, I noticed that my configuration approach significantly diverges from the style currently recommended in the documentation. Introducing a markedly different configuration style might inadvertently lead to confusion, especially for those just getting started with the project. With this in mind, I decided it might be best to keep my example within the separate GitHub repository for now.

This way, anyone who stumble upon our discussion have the freedom to explore alternative configurations, and decide whether it suits or not. But feel free to further discuss on how we might integrate diverse approaches in a manner that enriches the documentation without confusing people.
