When I install the lilcom, the error occured...
python setup.py bdist_wheel
g++: fatal error: -fuse-linker-plugin, but liblto_plugin.so not found
compilation terminated.

Do you know how to solve the problem?

I would try uninstalling and reinstalling your g++ (first make sure you are using the system one and not something from e.g. anaconda). Likely something is not right with your g++installation. Its package is likely "gcc", e.g. apt-cache search gcc if on ubuntu.
